"I noticed the container's color had changed, and figured perhaps Frank was under a different supplier, however when I used it, the scent was noticeably more chemically derived and it feels like the recipe has changed since I purchased it in the past. Unfortunately I bought 4 bottles. My partner and I loved this product, however now I do not think we will buy it again. I am going to request a refund because not only did the price increase, but the quality went down."
"This is a great buy. It’s so sad we have to say goodbye to this too! If Frank’s can do anything- it’s create great scrubs that leave clean, healthy and let you shine! This duo is no exception. The lip scrub is generous, consistent and sloughs off dead skin easily. The balm is soft, glossy and not thick. It’s got a slick consistency so that that you can wear it under and over anything and can treat all kinds of things. I was able to buff away the dreaded end of a split lip, it took two applications and it just erased it."
